Booking & Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details and contact information.

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the experience will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days, late arrivals, or no‑shows are non‑refundable.
If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no cost if requested at least 48 hours before the experience.
Rescheduling within 48 hours is not guaranteed.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
• Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
• Follow safety instructions and respect community spaces
• Wear appropriate clothing for walking and weather
• Take care of personal belongings

Cultural Sensitivity & Child Safety
This experience takes place in a living Cambodian village and active pagoda community. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward residents, elders, monks, and local customs.
We follow a strict Child‑Safe Travelers policy. Guests must not give gifts, money, or sweets to children, and must avoid any behavior that could compromise child safety or dignity.

Photography is welcome, but please ask before photographing people.

Storytelling & Personal Boundaries
The stories shared during this walk are personal and rooted in lived memory. Audio or video recording is not permitted without explicit permission. Photos may not be used for commercial purposes.

Itinerary Adjustments
To protect the integrity of the experience, we may adjust the route or timing based on weather, community activities, or safety considerations.

Liability
Guests participate at their own risk. We are not responsible for loss of personal items, injuries caused by guest negligence, or circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy
Guest information is used only for booking and communication related to this experience. We do not share personal data with third parties except payment processors required to complete your booking.

Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of booking with our payment gateway or right after booking by using KHQR or Bakong for Tourists App sent to you by email upon making a booking.
