Booking Cancellation, Reduction & Date Change Policy
At Daraism & Artists, we balance convenience and flexibility for our guests and partners with the livelihoods of our collaborating artists and community members. Each booking is a dedicated commitment — our artists hold time for the guests confirmed, so a cancelled date or significant guest reduction means real, planned work lost, and last-minute changes may incur costs to fairly compensate them. As a small operator with no working capital fund, our partnerships reflect a mutual commitment to responsible, sustainable tourism — enabling us to offer uniquely crafted experiences found only with us, and helping guests stay longer in our destination. This policy is in line with those values. Our partnerships enable us to support youth development, artist career growth, and community empowerment projects — featured in Collections 2, 3, and 4 of our catalog of meaningful encounters.
