Reimagining Resilience: Arts & Wellbeing Retreat — 2026 Collective
As part of a 3‑module wellbeing retreat and leadership camp, inspired by The Cambodian Living Arts' Fellowship Program and Azahar Foundation's Peace Camps, this retreat is co‑organized by Enterprise Vision Academy and Daraism & Artists. Module 1 tackles the theme: “The Values of the Artists & Their (Arts)works” and “What Are Arts Spaces?”
This foundation explores why we do what we do, why artists, creations and management matter — the fundamentals of what drives us every day in our daily practices. Participants will learn to internalized those values to know and valorize, internalize and appreciates our contributions to society and humanity. Only by grounding themselves in such knowledge and practices can they move into the later modules, which address organizational leadership, sales, marketing, arts markets, and sustainability. In this first step, participants will explore the role of values in artistic practice, the meaning and importance of arts spaces, and how values and spaces shape cultural leadership in Cambodia.
The program integrates daily wellbeing sessions such as meditation and yoga led by a Buddhist monk and certified yoga teacher, alongside master classes with HUOT Dara, Helene Nareine, and other experts. Site visits, interactive discussions, workshops, talks, and performances will enrich the experience, while collaborative projects and peer learning circles foster deeper engagement. The module culminates in an Open Forum, creating space for wider dialogue & collective impact.
