A guided retreat to restore energy, calm the mind and reconnect with clarity — set within a serene retreat environment. This intimate experience blends yoga, meditation and breathwork with a curated cultural immersion. At its core is Sudarshan Kriya (SKY) — a powerful rhythmic breathing practice that supports balance, clarity and well-being.

Day 1: Thursday, 30 April 2026
Arrival at Oudom Sokhomal Private Villa & Retreat by 12:30 pm. Welcome lunch, followed by The Happiness Program (which includes a rooftop snack and water break, poolside relaxation, and socialising). Dinner will be followed by an optional evening cultural immersion in the city (available at your own expense).
Day 2: Friday, 1 May 2026
Morning guided Ānāpānasati meditation with a Buddhist monk, followed by a nourishing breakfast. A Cambodianess storytelling walk with the founding CEO of Phare Circus, wholesome lunch, and an afternoon Happiness Program session with a light snack break. The day concludes with poolside relaxation and a celebration dinner featuring cultural performances.
Day 3: Saturday, 2 May 2026
Begin the morning with guided Ānāpānasati meditation led by a Buddhist monk, followed by an energising breakfast. The final Happiness Program session unfolds with a light rooftop snack break, leading into closing reflections and a farewell lunch before departure.

Your retreat is hosted at Oudom Sokhomal Wellness Villa & Retreat — a serene space designed to support rest, reflection and renewal.

Participants are requested to arrive at Oudom Sokhomal Wellness Villa & Retreat by early afternoon on Thursday, 30 April. A welcome lunch will be served, followed by the start of the retreat sessions.
The program concludes by late morning on Saturday, 2 May, followed by a farewell lunch.

Guides individuals toward calm, clarity and balance through the Happiness Program, Breath & Meditation workshops, and Deep Sleep & Anxiety sessions. Drawing from over three decades in corporate leadership, he brings practical tools to help manage stress, improve sleep and sustain focus in everyday life.
HUOT Dara
A travel, social and cultural innovator with over 25 years of experience in sustainable tourism and creative guest experiences. As the founding Chief Executive of Phare Circus and Phare Creative Studio, he has shaped Cambodia’s cultural landscape. Through Daraism & Artists and Oudom Sokhomal Wellness Retreat, he curates immersive journeys that celebrate Cambodianess and support community resilience.

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the retreat are fully refundable (excluding banking fees)
• Cancellations within 14 days of the retreat are non-refundable
