“The Arts of Healing – A Spiritual Meditation Retreat in Cambodia”

  • Set on a journey of discovery and learning, you will meet and be guided by a respected spiritual mentor — a guru, monk, experienced teacher, or the nurturing wisdom of my beloved mother.
  • Practice Anapanasati (mindfulness of breathing), the foundation of Vipassana meditation.
  • Connect with the energy of Cambodia’s sacred sites, curated by Daraism & Artists.
  • Choose half-day or longer at your own pace until we Sampeah 🙏 to say "See you again in our next Nissay!".
  • Experience a retreat that blends meditation, artistry, and cultural spirit.
  • Flexible morning or afternoon journey options.

Acting as fellow seekers of peace, connectors, and dedicated meditation practitioners, the Daraism & Artists team accompanies you on a journey of meditation practice in the tradition of Anapanasati (mindfulness of breathing). We thoughtfully pair you with a respected teacher, guru, or monk, who will listen to your intention and give guidance on the practice while you embark you on to a sacred location chosen for its energy, history, spirituality, and profound significance — what we call the magics of Siem Reap and Cambodia.

This retreat is not simply a meditation session; it is a meaningful encounter with wisdom, place, and practice. Whether you join for a half-day or immerse yourself in a longer retreat, you will be supported in cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and clarity while attuning to the healing vibrations of Cambodia’s spiritual heritage. Each encounter blends meditation with artistry, cultural spirit, and hands-on experiences. Silence is honored, yet creative reflection and artistic expression bring warmth and depth to the journey. At the close, we Sampeah 🙏 to say “See you again in our next Nissay!” — carrying forward the spirit of connection and practice.

If you are a Vipassana practitioner, you are warmly welcome to continue your practice while you are with us. The gurus we pair you with may not be able to guide you specifically in Vipassana, but as fellow seekers of peace and dedicated meditation practitioners, the Daraism & Artists team will accompany you with sincerity and respect. Together, we strive to be good practitioners — sharing silence, breath, and presence in a supportive environment.

We begin with a warm welcome at your chosen location, setting intentions for the journey ahead.
•     Scenic Journey
Together, we travel — with transportation arranged by us or kindly offered by you — toward a thoughtfully chosen sacred site.
•     Encounter with the Guru
At the destination, you meet the respected teacher, monk, or guru we have paired for you. Here, guidance and practice unfold in harmony with the energy of the place.
•     Meditation & Reflection
Engage in Anapanasati practice, walking meditation, or silent sitting, attuned to the vibrations of Cambodia’s spiritual heritage.
•     Closing Sampeah 🙏
We conclude with gratitude, reflection, and a Sampeah to say “See you again in our next Nissay!” — carrying forward the spirit of connection and practice.
